If you've ever had a personal trainer, or lost weight by joining a slimming club, you'll know how much easier it is to effect change when there is someone there to advise, support and motivate... especially when you hit a rough patch. As your coach in this programme, I am there to advise, support and motivate as well as hold you accountable for the tasks you set yourself. Working together will ensure that you'll achieve so much more than you would all by yourself.
